This second iconographic collection presents a series of clinical cases focusing on the use of Caretopic cutaneous spray, a topical finasteride 2.275 mg/mL solution, in combination with Carexidil 5% cutaneous spray (minoxidil 5%) for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.

The publication brings together clinical experiences involving both female and male patients, including women of childbearing age receiving contraceptive therapy or postmenopausal women, as well as male patients affected by androgenetic alopecia. Clinical and trichoscopic documentation is used to illustrate different treatment regimens combining topical finasteride and minoxidil.

The cases document the clinical evolution observed during treatment, highlighting improvements in hair coverage and density, hair shaft robustness and trichoscopic appearance. The collection provides an iconographic overview of the clinical experience with topical finasteride across different patient profiles and therapeutic regimens.
