The volume presents a series of clinical observations on the use of dimethyl fumarate (DMF) in patients with different forms of moderate-to-severe psoriasis. Through cases from clinical practice, it explores treatment response, dose adjustment, tolerability and the impact of therapy on patients’ quality of life. The clinical experiences include plaque psoriasis, involvement of sensitive areas and the scalp, sebopsoriasis, and patients with specific clinical conditions. The cases also illustrate the management of adverse events and the adjustment of dimethyl fumarate dosage according to individual treatment response.
